They gradually sink into the sand as the sun slowly sets. Wonder what happens to them when sun is fully below the horizon?
Someone asked a short time back why some of us are still following this title. The possibility of strips like today’s is the reason.
What happened to the sky in the second panel? That’s the important question!
@joefearsnothing: hard to say. could that be sunset, sunrise, sunset but from the same spot? Crazy, n’est ce pas?
also noted the horizon moves to different level in each panel.
Nothing like a comic puzzle to hone the mind . . . I thimk.
