The woman on the cover of BUXOM is the charming, inimitable Betty Page. She was a Playboy centerfold in 1955 and had a unique career. She died in 2008 at age 85. Even in old age she was popular at pop entertainment cons, comic cons and such, where she signed autographs cheerfully. And looking at the last panel again, she seems to be on two more of the magazines depicted.
