Not just a Bribery hireling, but with a Mrs. Flattop mission: Kill Tracy. Which, in the end, ended Mrs. Flattop – as an interesting character, that is.

It appears that Sawtooth, a hired killer, has had enough success to be so arrogant as to think offing Dick Tracy will be a cakewalk.

I almost pity this fool….

Grace Jones—excuse me, T-Bolt—has drawn some important information out of this Left Coast hitman. She will need to forward it to the MCU at her earliest opportunity. Sawtooth has an inflated opinion of himself, but probably also some notches on the hilt of his pistol [or the equivalent thereof]. Maybe he’s bumped off a crooked LA cop or two and thinks he’s invincible.

Tracy is not just “some cop,” though. Not easy to off. A lotta men tried, and a lotta men died….
