Strangely I remember doing something similar all those years ago when I was still considered young ;)

one of my cats does the same thing! (The other one waits until the dryer is empty then he gets in the nice warm dryer!)

Did they ever explain what happened to Nerwin’s parents?

I remember when Nerwin arrived, but I don’t remember if they said where he came from. He didn’t have a name at first, and Russell invited readers to submit suggestions. (Interactive comics, even before the Internet was invented!) Nerwin was not impressed when he learned his new name was a combination of “nerd” and “Irwin”…

Considering that only one person in the forest wears clothes, Nerwin, those must be Broomie’s clothes you’re wallering in. Now you have one more thing to tell your therapist about when you’re all grown up.

One of lifes pleasures. I always like the feel of warm clean clothes.
