I like that philosophy!

Unless you really, really hate having no alternatives!

When there’s nothing you can do, do nothing.

I suggest reading “The Devil’s Alternative” by Frederick Forsyth.

Doesn’t seem to be a big problem. The alligators could be a source of fresh food…….unless of course you end up on the wrong end of the food chain.

Alternative #2 – build somewhere else. Alternative #3 – don’t move. Alternative #4 – build there and move the kids in and live in their shack. After all they’re the skinny dippers.

Now they’ll be shown the REAL site that was intended, without such problems.

The house boat idea is probably a good one. They could park their car at the boat and sail to the site. Or just use the ship to live in at the house site.
