Or not. The media has been preoccupied with Irma. I don’t think I’ve heard or seen any reference to 9/11 besides programming that was scheduled before the storm.

I wonder if commentators fall under the ‘goof offs’ label or the ‘drunken loafers’ label?

According to “Beetle Bailey”, soldiers tend to be goof-offs yet also sober loafers…….

Abstaining from a riff on “tuba blowers” is requiring every ounce of my self-restraint.

Now, if your were to make that a decent drink (gin & tonic; scotch & water; Manhattan; etc.), then I’d toast along with you….

Teachers are not goof-offs, though a lot of their students are.

And you know that it is de rigueur to be wearing those Fruit of the Loom briefs (made in Honduras by Hondurian slacker workers) while sipping those delectable Herring Mojitos (caught in a dolphin (mammal loafers) free zone of the Mediterranean.)
