I had a dear friend who was in his mid – nineties – still working every night (third shift, by choice). The remaining members of his graduating class got together every Wednesday morning for a “reunion.” Don said that, at their age, they couldn’t afford to wait any longer than that between reunions.

My class reunion could always be held with four booths at Denny’s. Sixteen in my graduating class. A record even for that small school.

My class has a ‘mini’-‘mini’ reunion on the 1st Tuesday of the month at a restaurant in town and it usually entails 8 or more people ! ! ! !

I’m 75 and have never been back for a reunion, though I do get the invitations every year.
