Never say that she looks good whatever she is wearing. Look at her as if you consider the question seriously and say that no, the colour and the red border makes her look nice and good looking, certainly not fat. My husband gets away with that answer every time.
I never ask that question. I can look in the mirror and assess my appearance. For the record every dress makes me look fat, I am fat. I hate old age and bad genes! Don’t give up though, I keep working on it.
