Sadly it wasn’t until I started gaining some real experience in life that I realized this. And now I’m practically unemployable because of it (well that and I’m over 40 (by more than a bit)). Everyone seems to prefer “new and improved” over “established and stable” and they really seem to dislike those of us who see the problem with that.
