maybe that’s why some people call life a “roller coaster”. when you watch someone ride it, it seems tame and almost benignly easy going. when you ride it, it seems like it is over in a flash and you are sure it will leave the track it’s on at any moment.
Sigh… In my 20s, I was constantly writing the wrong (past) year on checks and paperwork when the new year started. Now, I am so used to time flying by, I get the year right every time. (sigh)
