Does Linus live near where they have those contests for growing the largest pumpkin? Just read about one that weighed over 1600 pounds. Enough for a lot of pies.
I agree….Wolfie could be featured everyday and it still wouldn’t be enough!!! HAAAH!! His facial expressions are classic and reveal a curious, loyal, caring, mirthful spirit who hasn’t nearly been shared enough with us.

Well that does explain why Linus never got to see the Great Pumpkin.
Good Morning, Fellow Cave Dwellers.

“Dude”? Charles didn’t even let them say words like “far out” (late 1960’s) or “awesome” (1980’s to present) when he did that strip!

HA! And we just watched that movie last night! Perfect.
I will suggest that by using “Dude,” Mastroianni is acknowledging that he doesn’t really represent the Peanuts Universe.

The Great Pumpkin was wasted on pies. That would have been the most awesome jack-o’-lantern of all time.

Ha! That’s horrible! lol!
I agree with the person above who said that perhaps he used the word “dude” to show that he has no legal connection to Peanuts.

Oh no! ZOMBIES!! They never die but they endure forever (though most zombies just eat brains rather than take up valuable space in the funnies).
