Most unexpectedly, a really nice Christmas-card.

I didn’t get nothing. I had to pay $50 and pick up the garbage.

A word of warning for those of you who post pictures of your Christmas presents. Your smart phone and newer digital camera have GPS capability. If your GPS location is on it records the GPS location in the photo. This is known as EXIF data. Crooks will use this to plan their break ins. I don’t know about other platform or devices but in windows, Right click, select properties. In the properties window select details, scroll down to view GPS data. At the bottom of the details there is an option to “Remove Properties and Personal Information”. A new window will open allowing you to remove all of the data or to remove selected data.

And for Christmas… nothing tangible, so far.

I still have a couple of little Christmases coming up with friends…and anyway, I don’t need “stuff”….

but I did get a lovely thing or two I can carry in my heart.

I got slightly buzzed (on a couple of drinks) for Christmas.

I love and adore my darling Santa but every year (for 32 years) I try to mention casually that I have SO so many necklaces but really no earrings to go with them. Every year, he gets me another, lovely necklace. I still have no earring…Bless his darling Santa soul….

I never return anything. I let them sit in a closet for a few years, then give them to the Salvation Army.
