Mike Firesmith You always have good ideas! I am sure, this with the Holy Water will work! My ex-husband once brought a witch into my flat. I was alarmed and splashed the whole flat with Holy Water, this person was never again seen in my flat. Next time she stopped by the door and said, I have something other to do and never was seen again. I was surprised how well it worked, I didn’t believe this before!

School cancelled and the snow goons have turned into students! I wish I were in Arizona now….it’s that “dry” heat..

just discovered the comments area today. All you posters are hilarious. Good way to start the day Thanks :)

I wouldn’t count on Florida being a safe haven-we’re in the middle of another nasty cold snap, with temps bottoming out in the low 20’s…

according to an article I read there is snow in 49 of the 50 states right now (interesting since these are re-prints, I believe) Florida is the ONLY state that does not have snow! (and they did not miss it by much!)

They both avoided the potential arithmetic lesson in panel 3.

I received a few inches of snow last night on top of the two that we already had, then it switched to rain and it is pouring out there. Maybe Calving And Hobbes will be blessed with my weather as the snow is soft, slushy and rapidly disappearing, but beware if it freezes then the goons will have a surprisingly icy personality, which makes their demeanor hard and their movements slick.

Calvin, Maybe the snow goons are not out to get you but, instead, make you their exalted ruler since you brought them to life! Go! Become emperor of the snow goon army and then go conquer California (…it wouldn’t be any more insane than having Jerry-The-Jerk cut all services and tax the daylights out of the bankrupted populace…)

Temps here is 4°. Major city public school superentendent cancelled school two days in row. Amazing.

I’m with Calvin on this one! No snow goons are chasing and trying to (possibly) kill me but I’m ready to leave for Florida right now anyhow! Unfortunately, we’re stuck here in good ‘ol Indiana for a few years longer. :-(
