LOL… I came in here to write a Phil lament…

but Alexikakos, you already took my pun!

    I re-fuse to steal other people’s public works….

so I guess I’ll have to think of a new twist, just to get something in here…

Wish I could really sock it to the audience, but a sad strip isn’t a good outlet for that…

    Everybody would be shocked.

If I had the power, I’d switch it to something happier….

but I’m afraid a few short lines won’t a-cord me that chance.

Dunno watt else I can say…

    except goodbye Phil…..

    You were a bright light.

You know, gentle people, that there is no such thing as a “light bulb”. Someone used the term and it stuck. What they are, actually, are “Darksuckers”. Think about it. You walk into a room that’s dark and turn on the light switch. What happens? All of the dark is sucked into the bulb. This happens every time until the bulb can no longer absorb any dark. The bulb itself becomes dark. We simply toss it away and install a new one. Pretty clever technology…

He was fine one minute—and then the next minute, he was out like a light.

So who’s that supposed to be on the phone with Phyllis? She seems more broken up over it than the wife.
