Yeah, what about the weird intersection with the Burger King?

You know the one, just down the street from the blue house that burned down a few years ago. The one before you get to old Mr. Jeffers’ place. I mean the one before he moved back when we had that big clod snap.

    Burger King or McDonalds?

Neither nor. – No offense, but here in Germany those places are just horrible, Burger King being slightly better. And the prices – not far from here, there is a McD next to our favorite (Italian) Ice cream Cafe. We prefer eating at the latter, they have really good, freshly-made non-expensive sandwiches and the like there, too. If I want really good fries, I get them at “Auer Dult” (the predecessor of Munich “Oktoberfest”) several times a year. And we have so many ethnic restaurants and snack bars around here where we can get excellent, non-expensive food for the same or less money than at…

    Neither.

I don’t eat that stuff a lot, and when I do, I usually buy the simplest full-size hamburger…

The “new” ones they advertise are usually twice as expensive…..

just for some strange “sauce” or a different flavor of processed cheese, a bigger bun, and a bunch of horrible seasonings. No thanks.

Best around here is In ‘n Out, but you didn’t ask that…. and 2nd probably Jack In The Box.

    Burger King is maybe 3rd.

McDonald’s got really expensive, and my last Quarter Pounder tasted pre-made…. over cooked, over salted, and barely above room temperature.

Carl’s Jr and Wendy’s burgers are almost inedible.. unless I’m stuck someplace and really hungry.

We have a few old-fashioned Hamburger joints that make their own brand of hamburgers. With real grilled onions and tomato and lettuce and buns that put the franchise hamburger stands to shame. I am glad some are still open!!!

I’m with, so far, everyone else. Neither, although I will go through the Micky D’s Drive Thru for a $1 32oz Diet drink.

You mean Burger Barf or McPuke. Neither. Wendy’s if anything at all.

Neither. I make my own and buy a couple of kaiser or onion buns from the local bakery and put on our own toppings (whatever we want)

I never, ever buy anything at McDonalds, but I do go in sometimes to spend a penny.

If only those two exist when and where I hunger, BK. Did enjoy a McArab Burger in Casablanca last summer just because it was the only place open on Sunday (an exception to our usual rule of only drinks, and only if we’re thirsty, at fast food chains overseas).
