America has the best politicians money can buy.

The government loves you and will care for you. Give the government more power, more money and more authority over your lives. Let the government care for you from cradle to grave. You will never live long enough to regret it.

Honestly, why does anybody care if Trump had an affair before he became president? John Kennedy had one in office; Ted Kennedy, well watch the movie Chappaquiddick; Eisenhower, FDR, they all fooled around. OH wait I forgot the most famous one, Bill Clinton!! So why does anybody care?

Sorry, but this sort of hyperbole – “I didn’t get what I wanted so my representative/the system must be corrupt” – only disenfranchises more and guarantees that end

If only we had a federal govt with limited powers so that all those bribes would be meaningless.

Ohh – Pig’s comment is the most painful.

Vampire lore says the vamps used to keep “blood bags” around—people under their spell whose blood they could feast on regularly. That’s what I see when I look in the mirror, bite marks on my neck and all. And we stretch our necks so they can get a better bite! It feels so great that I’m going to vote for him again! Democracy? It was lovely while it lasted.

Can you say “Wells Fargo,” Congressman? Or do you stay bought (the definition of a ’good" politician)?

The important thing to remember about the Stormy Daniels suit is that it’s about a settlement agreement, not a non-disclosure agreement. The difference is that a non-disclosure agreement prevents Party A from saying false things that would be damaging to Party B. A settlement agreement prevents Party A from saying (or revealing) true things that would be damaging to Party B.
