Boy howdy. Can we just drop that word “freedom” from the vocabulary?

We should be thankful that we finally have some leaders shaking us out of our pollyanna rut. A nebulous enemy has declared war on our children. Just because the offense is nebulous, does not mean our defense should be nonexistent. Armed guards and dogs trained to take down shooters should be SOP.

Did anyone see the item about the upstate New York representative who said that mass shooters are democrats?

They feel their kids’ lives are small price to pay to prevent home invasions and a fascist govt with tanks, A10s, Hellfire Missiles, hmmm? Actually they don’t care about their kids only their guns.

Yeah, “freedom”, AKA the consequences America has to deal with when conservatives put all their time and energy into missing the point.

If what you bought doesn’t serve the intended purpose, then the price was too high, no matter how little you paid.

Well, that’ll be one way to introduce civics lessons in an “authentic, real-world context” to engage the students in their learning so they “develop an understanding of the concept.”

Oh, and just when do we serve that particular “duty”? We don’t have enough time in the day to use the ladies’ room, let alone have collaborative planning sessions, now this? People who think teachers are only in school from 8:00 to 3:30 (or the HS or MS equivalent) don’t know any REAL teachers; my average day is 7:20 to 4:20, with work in my teacher bag to take home, not to mention the 4 hour work-shop I attend yesterday (Saturday, from 8:00-12:00).
