A few notes:

In Panel 1, what is up with the hunchback that Mike is sporting on his left shoulder?

In Panel 2, how is Janet doing that with her arms? I can’t make my arms do that.

In Panel 3, Janet suggests that Mike dump Martha and find somebody else. Oh, Janet. That is not how dumping works. In order to dump someone, you have to be the dumper and not the dumpee. Mike already is the dumpee.

Nuh-uh! You have short hair and glasses! You are a threat to my masculinity and social cool*

*Spoken in my 80’s puberty voice.

If Martha wanted to dance with Mike, why didn’t she just ask him? It was Martha that suggested the boy-girl party, and if I recall, Martha was the initiator in several instances with Mike. All of a sudden, she switches tactics and does something to make Mike jealous? Or was she just getting tired of Michael’s behavior throughout the whole ‘relationship’ and she danced with Lawrence as a subtle ‘shit or get off the pot’ to Mike?

What kind of name is Mart? Sounds like she should go out with a guy named Wallace. Then they could be….Wal-Mart!
