Is that a big wheel of cheese? You know what, no, I don’t want to know where the nice cow lady got it to sell, but I’m okay with eating it all the same. As long as it’s sharp cheddar. Now to find the last box of Triscuits in the world!
Even if Walt proves Philo’s innocence for the pig murders, there’s still the sedition charges, and Jacob is not letting Philo off the hook for that.
I wonder if Dottie would be interested in helping out…
For what it’s worth: We already know that the bunny is not the brightest bulb on the shelf, yet he knows that Foxworthy was framed. Are we to believe that no one else knows, as well?
The last panel hit me like a load of pig irony. You can never tell about people. Like, if someone you’ve always assumed is a victim is actually a villain. If the phone calls she’s been getting aren’t to get her to end her life, but to end the lives of others. Portia could be the real killer, or one of them, part of the conspiracy. Other pigs would trust her and let her get close enough to kill them, or lead them somewhere to be killed. Non-pigs would not suspect her either, expecting her to need protection instead. She’s Endtown’s Jack.

Flanagan seems to have insider info. Is he part of the conspiracy out there inflaming the populace?

“Wonder who’s gonna die next” those are words I often say when reading this comic, here’s looking at a “happy” ending to this arc.

Is this a little bit of a time jump backward? Jackrabbit was just interviewing Foxworthy, and I’m sure they were in the security level already.

The expression on Portia’s face does not bode well. At least, we have Walt involved again. Go get ’em, Walt!
