Now how a rat get hold of one of Lio’s creations? Or did the rodent made it himself?

Planet of the Mice!

This vaguely reminds me of a Tom and Jerry cartoon (not one of the classic H/B or Chuck Jones ones – this was more recent) where all the town mice piled into a giant robot mouse to go after Tom.

I actually heard the “boss music” from the old SNES Super Metroid game in my head when I saw that thing. Awesome!

I’ll bet Li’l Guard Duck wouldn’t have run like a Cybil, a Lio, or a Dad……..

I think that rat stole one of Lio’s blueprints and used his own creation against him.

The Mouse-inator 9000! Cybil needs to open her arsenal fast, and Lio, too. Dad may or may not survive this Rodent Apocalypse!
