Velda’s delegate condition… It sounds like she has intentions of higher office, political or criminal or both. If there isn’t a vacancy, she may make one.

Wow, all that and she never let go of her cigarette holder! Now, what is she looking in her handbag for?

Now, let’s see… Velda could be searching for… A: one of the few actual cellphones in Endtown, B: a tranquilizer needle, C: her very own pair of handcuffs, or D: all of the above.

Mavis could shortly be sleeping with the fishes. Or in Endtown, the fishes would hold a proper funeral for her, possibly following an autopsy and investigation.

What does Mavis know that Velda wants to beat her up for knowing?

So Velda thinks she’s going to gain power of some kind. Then she can “delegate” others to…commit violent acts? Either she’s not aware of what’s been going on between Freeman the rat and Jacob—which shows that anyone from Endtown is not ever going to be in control (since they aren’t a Rat—or she thinks she can take control of Security from The Rats.

This was a bit extreme. Most folks would just chastise a bad dog with a swat on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper.

Mavis disappears. Pigs now get the blame. Papers read Endtown out of control. Rats soon to initiate protocols to insure Endtown survival and stability. Velda wants Flask’s old job. Head of Security means head of Endtown. All of it. Then she could call for a clean up rather than doing it herself.

If she got a gun or similar – why not use it from the start?

Just who in the heck is Mavis, I could only find her back in 2017 when Velda was in her house and Fish man showed up. Any other info would be valuable.
