Tony asked, about 6 hours ago

    Who are you?

“After the Fox” comes to mind…

“Who is the fox – I am the fox

Who are you – I am me

Who is me – Me is a thief

You’ll bring your poor, poor mother grief

So after the fox, after the fox

Off to the hunt with chains and locks

So after the fox, after the fox

Someone is always chasing after the fox

Where is the gold – It’s on the truck

    Where’s the truck – I won’t tell

You must tell – Then I will lie

You’ll make your poor, poor sister cry

So after the fox, after the fox

Off to the hunt with chains and locks

So after the fox, after the fox

Someone is always chasing after the fox

Why do you steal – So I’ll be rich

Why not work – Work is hard

    You’ll be caught – I never fail

All little crooks wind up in jail – Not me not me"

    Welcome back, Tigressy!

Unfortunately, I’m unfamiliar with that poem…. (song?)

and can’t find it on Google.

When I hear the words “Who are you?”,

my mind runs to the Who…..

    and this:

Who am I? If I tell you then it takes all of the fun out of being “P51Strega”.

last night I heard Dave Chappelle say “Everything’s funny – until it happens to you”. Well, my wife is in the early stages of vascular dementia, and I gotta say – this is even funnier than it would have been 4 years ago.

And yes, that is directed at every fool who whines “You can’t joke about XXXXX!” Of course you can – and should; that’s what makes it bearable!

People ask what is the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s. This panel explains it in one simple picture.

My Sniglets book calls it “destinesia” – the act of entering a room and forgetting why you went there.
