I expect Nancy has overshot the station.

Her train has jumped the tracks. That’s okay, Nancy, it happens to the best of us. It also happens to me.

Sometimes I start trying to follow the tracks, but by the end of the day I am still in the station.

After awhile, it just looks like a little piece of track here, then a little piece of track there…oh, and what about this other little piece of track here….Now where did I start?

What tracks? I sometimes don’t leave the house let alone get to the station.

And if I manage to get to the station I forget where I’m headed!

Don’t be surprised if Homer Bedloe yanked those tracks.

Many of us living on Ballard Street, are at an age, where our train of thought gets easily derailed, and we lose track of what we were trying to accomplish. They don’t call ‘em Senior Moments for nothing !

Now…what was I going to do ?…Oh, yeah, I’m headed to the Tiki…What was it that I wanted to ask Susan ?….something about bananas ?…or was it about the rum order ? ….

Forget the train and find yourself a nice stable Goat-Cart of thought.

Stay out of the roundhouse, Nancy! You’ll never corner your problem in there! :>)

This theme has struck a chord with your audience, Jerry.

Wait, why am I holding this cord? Was I plugging in the toothbrush? I am chordless, after all.

    Sorry to sow dischord.

Recently I heard this: Rock and Roll=3 chords and an attitude.
