My wife and I love our electric cars (that we plug into our solar panels).

    No oil changes.

    Or tune ups.

    Or gas.

    Or oil or oil changes.

    Or tune-ups.

Or valves, rings, pistons, timing belt.

Or transmission, transmission fluid or shifting gears to interrupt acceleration.

    Or carburetor or air filter.

Or radiator, engine coolant, water pump or hoses to maintain.

    Or regular power train maintenance.

    Or smog checks ever.

My current modes of transportation require no electricity or gasoline. Good old fashioned pedal power or Shank’s Mare – I either bicycle or walk almost everywhere.

We don’t own a car and don’t need to because public transportation is so cheap and available. City bus rides are 30 cents for adults and 15 cents for Students, Seniors, People with Disabilities, and Pregnant Women. Taxis in the city cost from $1.50 to $2.50 max depending on where in the city you are going to. Inter-city and inter-provincial buses are plush, plentiful and cost about $1 per hours ride ( with 50% discount for Seniors ).

Oh yeah, step-son has a car. Gasoline cost $1.49 gal.for Super Unleaded !

Cosmo knows when it stops leaking, it’s time for an oil change.

And the electric cars right take 2 days to make a 400 mile trip because it takes hours to recharge.
