    Let’s see….. if she logs/runs at 3 miles an hour on average, then she’ll need to leave at 6am in order to be ‘there’ by 9 am…. yeah, that should work. ;-)

    Why not change your route to be passing home at your half-way point? An exercise routine should be designed to function without assistants.

    If it’s a marathon, there are always people along the route offering water. Most races START around 9am….when does this start? 5 or 6am? Crazy.
