Yeah, it only takes about a quarter of the Colorado River’s flow to keep the Phoenix swimming pools filled, and all the lawns and golf courses green. It is a desert for cryin’ out loud. Quit wasting valuable resources trying to make it something else!
Arizona gets about 18.5% of the Colorado for the entire state, so phoenix isn’t getting a quarter of the Colorado. Phoenix also gets a lot of water from the Salt River Project.

I don’t think Tank has been to Arizona. 90 degree temperatures disappear with April. Hundreds thereafter.
