Family Circus sometimes actually uses old strips and just updates the artwork, like replacing an old phone with a newer-looking phone.

This is WAAAAAY too much of an inside joke. Can anyone cite some nerdblog over what’s going on here? It’s not like there’s nothing of a political nature going on in the “real” world for Scott to have run out of material.
