JohnnyDiego, I was thinking the same thing. Or something like, “If Moon had followed the Star.”

wasn’t the manger the trough converted into a holy playpen for the baby J?

    according to legend, of course

@LaffinLarry Keith Moon has been dead for quite a few years. I don’t think you want to see what he looks like now.

Cool! I love drum solos!! I wouldn’t have kicked him out unless of course he was awful!

@nighthawks - as a farmer’s daughter, I can verify that you are on the right track, although I don’t think that Jesus stayed in the manger long enough for it to be used as a playpen. Think bassinet instead. The stable is the shelter (basically a barn, but specifically for sheltering animals).

manger => trough stable => barn

HareBall, brain fart here. He actually looked better in 78 when he died than he did earlier. Drum kit in the cartoon is almost big enough for Keith.

Although, if they’d freeze dried him, he’d look as good as his band mates.

40 minutes later addition – And I’m entitled. There’s no significant difference in age between me and the popular rock musicians of that era.

The cattle can low, but pa-rump-pa-pa-pumming is a little too much.
