Would he rather be doing something miserable with a plow in the hot sun? Or something miserable with a pickaxe and shovel deep underground? Some folks don’t know when they’re well off.

Lots of paper Did he skip out on his computer training? Or did the paperless workplace promise not come true for him?

He certainly wouldn’t need a lot of paper. The only reason to have paper around is because it has words on it, and without teachers, words aren’t of much value, since he wouldn’t be able to read them.

So isn’t it ironic that in order to go paperless you still have to fill out printed forms in triplicate and sign them with a pen in order to make it legal?

What we introject as babes-in-arms tends to color our lives and defy our illusion of free will. Best to make sure kids are raised with enthusiasm for learning with ample avenues of discovery available to them. Thereafter, “misery” will consist of not having enough time to learn everything that’s presented.“Life is a banquet, and most poor suckers are starving to death!” —-Patrick Denis, Auntie Mame

Something miserable and definitely uncool, like manning up and drudging to work day after day to support his family…

He probably has a master’s degree to boot(which is why Miss Plainwell has her second job).
