oh, Earl, you just want to feel young again, don’t you?

That’s not a ladder, it’s a bookcase.

This one made me laugh. I wasn’t expecting to see Earl up in the tree.

She ain’t the boss of you, Earl. Tell her you are a grown ass man and that you will be down when you are good and ready!

“Get down here – I have chores for you.”

Earl is definitely the comic relief this strip.

Earl’s got to find a new hiding place now.

Muffin can get his own ding-dang ladder!

I always thought that if cats could figure a way up a tree, they could figure a way down, and the only reason they’re not coming down is stubborness.

Earl just wanted to have a look at the neighbor sunning herself in her bikini.

My girlfriend and I would use her dad’s ladder to climb up in a tree. It was great fun and there were lots of branches up there to climb. The problem would be if one of her brothers moved the ladder. Then we were stuck.

“I’m not stuck. We’re hiding from the world.”

There once was a tree in Touzle’s wide lawn, a challenge to climb and then to get down.

I was going to type ‘cats don’t get stuck ’ and then I saw Earl, lol!

Poor Earl, he’ll always go out on a limb for you, and look what happens !

Not bad for an old man.
