I was unaware that a street was even capable of using power tools.

More like: the first CLONE to move onto this street with a bench saw… the late Jim shows his UK roots using that term as “brykard” points out; I’ve not heard that term used here in the U.S.

But a table saw is not that portable. Less likely to lose it.

They also spotted the kegger fridge in the garage. and the wide screen tv on the wall.

In Florida, the garage is the Man Cave. Cars are parked in the yard !
