Keep an open channel between the chakras. A wide opening gives plenty of feedback. I personally have learned that doing some light pounding on the chest, like Tarzan, will help. Be in the here and now.

The only haptic feedback I am familiar with is the old adage about if this trailer is a rockin’, don’t come a knockin’.
