The worst is yet to come. It will involve climbing the stairs to go to bed tonight and then trying to get out of bed in the morning and going back downstairs.
Second day soreness is on its way. Doing a light workout the first day after the marathon will cut some of the pain and stiffness, but the last thing anyone wants to do the day after a marathon is any exercising.
The hardest thing I’ve ever done was give birth naturally (no meds). No, I don’t plan to ever do that again (we stopped at one child and have NO regrets) and Yes, it was by far the absolute worse pain I’ve ever felt. 5 hours of pure labor…granted I lucked out as my mom did it for almost 3 days of labor with no meds when pregnant with me.

I don’t know how Bub can ask that question in panel two with Junior standing right there.

At times like that, a heated seat in the car can do wonders
