I’m so excited to see where this is going.

Linus should know that you don’t start asking for a favor with, “Now listen carefully you stupid…” This can’t end well.

Uh, oh the Snoopster’s smile is anything but beatific!

I always wondered if this was about Schulz having to give up smoking. I remember the old days when guests on talk shows could smoke, and Johnny Carson was trying to give it up. He had a big box of cigarettes on his desk for the guests in those days, and I remember him saying to Ed McMahon, “They’re there, and I know it, and I don’t want one.” A couple of seconds later he grabbed the box and yelled, “I want one! BAD!” and there was a whole bit of Ed wrestling it away from him.

Perhaps, not for you, but for us…

I love how Snoopy’s thoughts are so transparent that Linus was able to determine what he was thinking… Having read this years and years ago (way back in the 70s for the youngsters), I know how this one works out – (a Marty Robbins song comes to mind)…

Is Linus a mind reader?

Was this the beginning of when Snoopy started stealing Linus’ blanket?

Fun? OH yeah, this is gonna be fun…

How can a blanket be fun to Snoopy?
