I think he meant “duck and cover.” A slogan from back in the 50’s and 60’s when they used to train school kids into thinking they could “survive” a nuclear war by hiding under their desks. I remembered thinking back then, “Well what about all the flying glass from the windows?” As schools didn’t have A/C back in the day……,
