That song ended up grounding the Starship, well intended I’m sure, but there’s just something about it that gnaws on you after a while.

Lived in a apartment back in the day. Up stairs, three gals shared one and one of them worked the evening shift. When she got home at midnight they all got up and did calisthenics.

A Grace Slick/starship fan

Well, “rock and roll” was originally a slang term for having sex, so maybe building a city on that is a way to ensure the populace will thrive and grow.

Coincidence that this is printed on the 29th anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake in the SF Bay Area? We were sure rockin’ and rollin’ that day!
