That old yarn!

With the whiskers on him, he must be part cat. Liking the yarn solidifies that.

If the scientists at the fertility lab dropped and intermingled beakers of DNA from The Cowardly Lion, The Great Wizard of Oz, and a flying monkey, this creature would be the offpsring!

Clover was right. He must be part kitty cat after all. I love him already.

I really like the last panel.

Clover is an enchanting little girl.

… with a strangely enchanting ball of string!

Nothing with any feline DNA can resist the allure that is yarn.

So she was right about the cat thing.

Wigglesworth is one of my favorite characters in anything I’ve written—I hope you will all like him too! I’ve missed him, I’m glad he is back! Now it feels like Swan Eaters for me. I said when Breaking Cat News relaunched in newspapers that the comic doesn’t quite truly feel like itself until Tommy arrives, and Wigglesworth is much the same to Swan Eaters.

HAHAHA, are Mr. Wigglesworth and Elvis on speaking terms ;-)

What’s up with the magically appearing & disappearing spiky cuffs? Are those his claws?

If he gets bored of the string, you can still exert control over Wigglesworth with the laser pointer.

This reminds me of Ariadne and labyrinths and mazes and minotaurs and other mythic creatures.
