If the alligator is 82 years old, he was born no earlier than late October of 1945. Berlin surrendered in May of 1945.

Saturn looks a little concerned about the coffee that’s about to be spilled on him.

I was wondering whether Nintendo’s intentions were born of fondness or dislike of Segale. It seems to be neither—he just bore a degree of similarity to “Jumpman,” the character they’d already created but not named. Nintendo folks, it seems, liked the name “Mario” and the suggestion of an Italian heritage more than anything. Segale is very private and very wealthy. He is not crazy about having the character named for him. He is quoted as saying, “I’m still waiting for my royalty checks.” (All of this is based on very quick research.)

Ha Ha, jokes on the Russians, they had to keep it clean, warm and well fed for 70 years! Some “Trophy” indeed!

Double check your math. An 82 year old in 2018 would have been born in 1936. Nine years old in 1945.

Light roast coffee is much better than dark roast imo. Dark roast just tastes burnt to me.

I thought it was common knowledge that light roast coffee had more caffeine than dark roast. But maybe not.

I don’t know why they needed to specify a tablespoon. It would have more caffeine in any unit amount compared to the same unit of dark roast.

More interesting: Even a moderate cup of brewed coffee has more caffeine than an espresso.

Was America really on good terms with Germany in late 1930’s to give them an alligator for their zoo?

    1. light = bright, 2. light = mild. I guess they always intended the first one, as the other type of coffee is called dark, not strong.
