Pastis, one might begin to think that you are feeling negatively about organized religion….

Well, at least that prayer has more of a chance of coming true.

There’s nothing more annoying than someone trying to convert you to their beliefs.

This all brings to mind the Nevado del Ruiz stratovolcano eruption in Tolima, Colombia, on November 13, 1985. There, a young girl named Omayra Sánchez was trapped beneath rubble for three days praying for her life before she died. If your deity would not listen to her prayers, I have no right to ask that deity for anything.

That is why people praying for stupid things such as favourable outcomes of sporting events really makes me want to vomit.
