I was going to join an ‘Anti-crastinator’s’ Club but the meeting was over before I got there.

Procrastination? Why put off to tomorrow what you can put off to next week?

I’m an amateur crastinator. I don’t do it for the money.

I took from this that the name of the place is Ruby Thursday, but it should have been Ruby Tuesday, Putting it off a couple of days.

If it weren’t for the last minute, I wouldn’t get anything done.

Ruby Tuesday is a song, but there’s a restaurant chain named after the song, which is the joke, that procrastinators would prefer a restaurant called Ruby Thursdays which is 2 days later. The last panel means Thor has had enough of BC’s jokes & will take any opening in the Dilbert strip.
