Why not? There is a man @ the Senior center who turned 100 in July who still drives. Another man who is 94 only uses a cane & he still drives. There are quite a few people @ the assisted living facility who are in their 80"s who still drive. Get used to it, we are living longer!!
For my son, received a great Christmas present, he was driving to work a low paying job, hit his breaks, rear-ended an SUV, his car had front damage, the other driver could not tell for damage, and the nice officer gave our son a break no ticket. Our son’s car liability only received the worst damage.
You’re right in that the panel makes no sense; however, Scancarelli would no doubt explain that poetic license permits him to use the car to block the fire hydrant.

I’ll call it – Desk Sergeant Frank Nelson.

Why the ticket? I don’t see a meter, a handicapped sign, or a fireplug.

“In the morning the parking tickets were just like flags stuck on my windscreen. I said, hey you, get off of my cloud!”

Well, Skeez, why did you park illegally?
And just mail it in or pay on line.
