Peekaboo should be inside at night, too many predators

It’s nothing compared to the song Peekaboo is going to sing soon!

Peekaboo may hang around too!

I once met a grackle like that. Was on my way into Waffle House when he perched in a tree by the entrance and went into his routine. I stood there and listened to him perform for about ten minutes.

Grackles don’t make any sound that you and I would recognize as musical, but there was no doubt in my mind that he was sharing information to anyone within earshot who could understand gracklese.

I don’t think that Peekabook was anticipating spending the night with a couple of night owls…

Cats kill so many songbirds in the wild that they should be house pets only (by law).

It gets interesting when you discover you’re not the apex predator.

What a coincidence. I heard my first owl of the season early, early this morning. (2:30 am)

Those owls would consider Peek-a-boo or the songbird as nice nighttime snacks.

Many species of owls hunt other birds..

Watch it birdie, you are on an owl’s menu also. Probably preferred over cat.

Owls eat birds too.
