Sophie should ask the cats for advice. They’d tell her that rules are for dogs. Or, maybe, asking them wouldn’t help much in this case.

The one on TV or the one in the White House?

This is obviously a “political” assessment in a non-editorial cartoon – where is the moral “outrage” from the Right? Or is THIS political assessment just too ‘subtle’ for the ‘outraged Right’ to perceive? Hmmm – could be.
