Somehow Gordon looks like a middle-age man instead of a teenager.

The “spandex” mention is let us readers remember Gordon and his hormone attacks in reaction to Allyson and her spandex shorts. Of course, once we remember those, we know that there is no way that Allyson will ever go out with Gordon. Frankly, I wouldn’t wish Gordon and his hormone attacks on any girl.

They were not wearing “shorts” but leotards.
