Olivia’s real style is peeking through again.

I’d like to see Nanciana guest star in the strip.

Imagine if Bea R of In Security drew Nancy.

Maybe she’s like a tree and grows another spike as she ages. Maybe five a year.

Lucy is clearly a better artist than Nancy. Actually, I think Lucy is a better artist than Olivia. Great. Now I made my head hurt.

Is Infinitia’s super power that she can wait everything out? Is she one of those people who just stands on line and says things like, “I know the rule is I can only buy one pair of the new sneakers at a time, but I’m going to stay here until you sell me three.”? Or, she makes a really low offer on your house and you laugh at her. Then she calmly says, “I’ll wait”, and eight months later you sell to her. If that’s what she’s about, I wouldn’t want to go to a restaurant with her.

Infinitia wouldn’t perchance be the kid sister of Infinata (Dementia Five) from Ralph Bakshi’s work on Rocket Robin Hood, would she?

Poor old eyes. I get a different number every time I count the spikes. Do forehead spikes count? There must be a few hehind the bow.

Oh yeah, window with drapes is a nice retro touch.

Is Nancy putting on weight? (She seems to be sporting a double chin in that final panel.)

Haters gonna H8!Damn Nancy be happy your friend cares enough about you and your hobbies that they hand craft something so special for you.Also I love how today’s whole strip is poking at the haters on this board and others that constantly criticize but can’t create anything worthwhile themselves.

A little meta-comment on criticism of Olivia’s depiction of Nancy, methinks.

I really like Lucy! Both drawings are cute and funny. But, truth-be-told…. I would not want either style adopted for the Nancy comic. I like Nancy the way it is currently!

One thing that I think is mildly interesting…. I would not have thought Nancy would be a fan of pink. But, she chose it for much of her Infinitia drawing for Lucy. I do not see a specific Lucy-inspired reason for Nancy to have selected pink…. so… to me this suggests that Nancy herself may be more of a fan of pink than I had thought.

I notice that Nancy is not wearing a dress so much anymore.

Omigosh, she does have 49 spikes.
