I remember I was 4 years old, and my dad had recently finished setting up a chin-up bar in one of the doorways. My mother looked at it, and asked “Are you sure that’s going to hold?” My dad replied “Of course!” hefted himself up on it, hung there for a half-second, and CRASH.
the funny thing is I actually recognize the device he’s trying to use, and even I can tell he’s sitting in it upside down. pro tip: when you see handles like what you’d see on a bike, odds are your hands should be near them.
These machines are worthless if you don’t eat nutritiously and, conversely, lose weight around your mid-section, otherwise, you will have a six pack buried beneath a lot of lard…
