I’m wondering if Wally’s reaction is because he already knows about the Great Green and it’s unsettling him. I don’t see enthusiasm at all…his expression is almost one of fear. This is an interesting twist.
well this is frustrating to no end. Risk you’re life for the possibility of a better life or stay where you believe it to be save. on the other hand, this place seems to have its secrete and warying on you. plus you been having crazy dreams with that crazy godlike dude.
It’ll be interesting to see where this goes (providing it’s not a rehashing of a previous story arc.) Oh! And when are you going to bring back Al and Gustine? I really think you should bring them back since they’re great characters and deserve more page time, IMO

Does Wally suddenly have cold feet? Is it a feline aversion to water, perhaps?

This “Great Green” sounds like paradise, but if it does exist where shall Wally and his friends begin to look for it?

A raft? A bit short on trees, aren’t we?
But a stone boat would be within the abilities of the dittos to make. (Concrete boats have been made, so this is not ridiculous.)
I wonder if they could make hollow pontoons for outriggers? The dittos could serve as a sail.
Now all you need is food & water for the journey, not to mention the little details of direction and distance.
Get to work Wally!

Wally’s having a deja vu minute. Sarah and Jim called it the Great Green. Kirbee used the same name as a legend story. Now about Chic…….

Wally’s looking either thoughtful or determined to find out more about the Great Green.
Will that sprout be allowed to live, or will it be plucked up before its presence disturbs the status quo?

Just about anywhere else might be looking a little better than this place. Of course they probably don’t know what just happened back in Endtown.

Is that like the big rock candy mountain?

The dittos and Holly (I miss her) can resurrect the Edmund Fitzgerald!

I think his reaction is not fear for a new adventure. It has to do with the goverment of Eden and what “agreement” they made with him.

Not all desert? They have to cover the big blue wet thing?

Wally: “We could leave, but that would disappoint Chic so much… All his friends are here.”

I wonder if Wally is seeing any relationship of the Great Green and the Land of Lollipops he saw in his opening dream?

Song for Wally (apologies to all who deserve apologies!)
Somewhere beyond the sea
Somewhere waiting for me
Are those pure green lands
And the ships that go sailin’
.
Somewhere beyond the sea
It’s waiting just for me
If I could fly like birds on high
Then straight to those farms
I’d go sailing
.
It’s far beyond the stars
It’s near beyond the moon
I know beyond a doubt
My heart will lead me there soon
.
We’ll live beyond the shore
We’ll kiss just as before
Happy we’ll be beyond the sea
And never again I’ll go sailing
.
I know beyond a doubt, ah
My heart will lead me there soon
We’ll live (I know we’ll live) beyond the shore
We’ll kiss just as before
Happy we’ll be beyond the sea
And never again I’ll go sailing

He’s worried they don’t have Ranch Dressing in the Great Green.

I wonder if his hesitation might also be because of that “meeting” he had earlier at work.
