Ain’t it the truth about broadcast TV? So many silly reality shows, paid 1/2 hour commercials, that there’s little room for any quality TV which seems to have slowly slipped away. We left cable (too expensive), hooked up a roof antenna and are streaming shows thru Roku. Costs us about 1/4 of the old cable bill and we get a far better selection of shows.

I see Netflix is losing some viewers because it takes too long to read the description and pick one out.

I find that I haven’t the patience anymore to stick with a show, if it starts to lose my interest. I hardly watch any TV/Netflix at all.

You’ll never see TV shows the way you used to. There’s too many commercials now, even with the older ones.

We killed TV a few years ago. We stream or redbox, but we get no commercials.

I don’t know what TV channels might be available in our area. Is broadcasting still a thing?

I remember broadcasting from when I was young – caught one now and then too…
