Looks like Mr. Magnus has a reputation that precedes him for being something of a lush; yet somehow he got this lead gig! Maybe he was cast primarily for being a good physical match for J. Straightedge Trustworthy (though the truth is that he looks more like Dick Tracy). The question now is, will be able to go on, or is he about to crawl into his bottle?

P.S. The girl I think is portraying Bonnie Braids (or her knockoff in Vera Alldid’s strip)….
