    Am I understanding right that Eddie is speaking to his son? Why would he be speaking business-speak to his son even if his son is a business person.

    @Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , for our Hero Mr Andrew Capp (sober again) Eddie’s technical jargon does sound like a foreign language just like terms in the medical discipline sounds to laypersons :o) right? , my avatar today is from a photo of my Scotish grand -neice AImee and my grandchild princess Amy when they met for the first time in Malta , I used to hold them both in front of my desk-top and play the “Hey Baby” and pretend that it’s saying Amy instead , today they both are teenagers and bigger than me :o), How was your Finally Friday ? ours should be calm . take care and welcome back pal.

    Business jargon is almost as bad as techno-babble!

    Eddie is wearing glasses in the first frame but not the second. He must have talked them off.

    To little to decide whether it’s managibberish, drisselling or marketattle. All of it is like a Zeppelin: Mostly gas and steering to Lakehurst sometime inevitably.

    B.S. as I like to call it.

    Take as many buzzwords as you can and randomly drop them in a conversation.

    A friend of mine owned a western saloon in Arizona. There was a sign behind the bar that read: " Leave yer guns, yer bad attitudes, and yer cell phones outside ! "

    Don’t forget to access and regress the source in order to adjust the outcome.

    This strip is ISO 9000 buzzword compliant.

    I remember that when I was managing a bar in the 1980s, some idiot walked in with one of those huge 2 piece “mobile” phones and I told him to turn it off or leave. He turned it off and carried on drinking.

    @Afficionado

    Sadly, I was one of those people who stayed short through all my teenage years and now my adult years. I never really grew very much. I’m taller than my Mum by a few inches.

    I only won £7.50 at bingo today. There was another claim for £15.

    Actually, I tell a lie. I won £10 but the £3 was won on the mini slot games on the electronic boards previously.

    When I was in High School, there was a club for students who wanted to be businessmen and business women. I think most of them ended up flipping burgers for a living instead.
